Dropdown and Multiselect with filter fails in Android

When we try to open a dropdown with a filter in the Android Chrome browser, the Dropdown opens and immediately closes and makes it impossible to use.

Open the URL on an android device and try to select something with both the Dropdown and the Multiselect.
The Dropdown should close as soon as the focus is lost to the filter in the Dropdown. Dropdown without a filter works.
