A few suggestions

There should be a few buttons somewhere in the home page that are written in other languages. The buttons would direct the person to a version of the website that is written in the other language.

Also, when the website is more developed and ready for broader dissemination, Workers Centers may be a good type of organization to provide this website to. Workers Centers are non-profits that help organize low wage workers.

Finally, emphasis on collective action is important. As I’m sure you know, coworkers doing this in groups afford them more implicit and explicit rights. Most workers don’t know this.
