Line repeated in viewer

I'm having an issue with a file possibly caused by a large number of differences. There is a section in the file where all of the differences are but for some reason the first line of this chunk just gets repeated over and over for the whole chunk for the new value like this.

The chunk is about 250 lines and every one of those 250 on the right is that repeated first line. The file is around 900 lines but only that chunk of 250 has differences.

Not sure if this is related to #25 or it is something entirely different.
