Inactive users' score PP values are not reprocessed when they become active again

Well, I tried contacting support and peppy himself before about that and I still didn't get any help regarding that.
basically, my old scores are worth less than they should be.
For example for the top play, I got 539 (538.886) for an ss when its worth 549 (548.652)

And its the same for all of my old plays.
New ones (last month- two) are good But all of my old ones are messed up.

This is likely because you were at some point an inactive user and we haven't yet done a full reprocess of scores from inactive users.

I'll keep this open for tracking. There are two potential work items here:

1. Should inactive users have their scores be reprocessed when we do the next one?
2. If they aren't to be reprocessed (and simply removed from the leaderboards as they currently are), then their scores need to be reprocessed when they become active again.

I msg you on discord about it but I'll write it here also -
Maybe this happened only for me, so its not a major bug for more players, but I truely dont know how it even happened.
Since its a rare case and it happened to me only I assume, I was thinking that in order to resolve this maybe force a recalculation of my scores by restricting me and unrestricting.
That way my plays will be worth automaticly 0 and once I'm unrestricted and sumbit a play, scores will have to be recalculated.
