Some text in the wiki overlay is not clickable

Describe the bug:
some text in osu! lazer isn't clickable at the Game client > Interface page. the clickable text can be found at the bottom of the page.

Needs framework-side support. Markdig emits a ContainerInline with an URL and a child CodeInline block, and framework conversion of that to drawables ignores the URL.
