Minor fixes

1. Follow-up to Add powersync_replication_lag_seconds metric #272 - fix replication lag not being logged when replicating from Postgres (regression from [Postgres + MongoDB] Resumable replication #163).
2. Cleanly interrupt clearing of storage if the process is stopped / restarted, instead of relying on a hard exit (currently implemented on MongoDB storage only).
