[Feature Request] Add Monaco font

@mr-sudaca Thanks for the tip, but if i want to use to patch another font, what do i have to change in the makefile? Do i have to change the directories? Because it seems that i don't have the System/ folder

@Valeyard1 not sure... i followed the steps on that gist a long time ago... it worked (maybe I was just lucky)... maybe you can try playing with the folder paths... Thats' why I've added a dropbox link for my patched ttf :-/
