Can't create a public workspace, can't switch private workspace to public

• I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Creating new public workspace or changing existing private workspace to public results in error

Couldn’t change visibility You’ve triggered too many requests. Try again after some time.

Steps To Reproduce

Postman version - snap package

1. Open Workspaces
2. Push Create workspace
3. Choose API Testing template
4. Push Next
5. Enter name httpbin (any name, really)
6. Popup appears You’ve triggered too many requests. Try again after some time.
7. Workspace has not been created
