i have updated the GitHub Actions workflow to support ARM64 builds. The changes include:
Adding a build matrix to include linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 platforms.
Setting up QEMU for multi-platform builds.
Configuring Docker Buildx to build and push the Docker image for both platforms.
This should address the issue of running Newman on M1 Macs by providing a native ARM64 Docker image.
