Refactor Template JSON

That's my first PR and there is no explanation about how to open a PR. So, here we go.

Motivation:

• Maintain the current set of JSON is difficult and frequently creates merge conflicts because of several different developers are working on the same file.

Solution:

• Split the JSON into several small files grouped by directory.
• Each directory is a different application
• Each directory contains a file named metadata.json
