[Gazelle16] Reboot and shutdown fails almost everytime [Nvidia & Hybrid graphics only]

Software:
Pop!_OS 21.10 (The error was already present before the update to 21.10)
Gnome 40.4.0 on X11

Hardware:
Gaze16
i7-11800H
GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Mobile

Issue/Bug Description:
When I try to shutdown or reboot the PC it just hangs. After some time I have a black screen with a single error being printed forever.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

1. Start the laptop with either nvidia or hybrid mode on.
2. Log in
3. reboot

Expected behavior:
Correctly shutting down. I don't like to shut it down with the power button every time.

Other Notes:
It might be related to #99, not sure
