DVA3221 ram modules warning

Describe the bug
DSM with model DVA3221 shows warning in notifications:

Detected non-Synology recommended memory module configurations. You may have
1. установлены модули памяти стороннего производителя (не Synology)
Please select [authentic Synology memory modules](https://www.synology.com/products/accessories/ram_railkit) for better system reliability.

To Reproduce
DSM runs on proxmox with latest TCRP. Model 3221
Same config with model 1622, 918+, 920+ don't have this warning

Can this be fixed with bootloader?

@pocopico should confirm but as for nvme, a bootloader can't fix this system message like this

Unfortunately not possible to disable this message, at least not at the moment. Not very critical though as it’s a no stopper, meaning the system will run even with that warning
