(Bug) Mobile chrome: wizard page is zoomed in portrait mode

Device: Samsung Galaxy S7
OS : Android 7.0
Precondition: Metamask should not be installed
Step to reproduce:

1. Set phone in portrait mode.

2. Open Chrome

3. Open url: https://wizard.oracles.org

4. Observe the page
   Expected result : page should fit to the device's screen
   Actual result: page is zoomed , user see just white screen but it is part of wizard page

To open the dev console in Google Chrome, press F12, or go to View -> Developer -> Developer Tools, and open the Console tab

If you see errors, please right click on them and "Save as..". Zip saved file and attach it to the Issue.
