Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

It would be nice to have a new property control as PropertyFieldContentTypePicker which will give us the possibility to select the content type of the given site/list. The scenario is that, to dynamically choose content types in the webpart, this control will be a useful one to find and select the desired content types from the site or the list.
