PropertyFieldFilePicker - Upload tab is not working

I need to upload image using property pane control.

I have used @pnp/spfx-property-controls for the same.

I have faced while upload file from property pane. i have tried for resolution as per the post which discussed in the forum.

I have tried with beta version but still facing an issue.

I have used below latest 2 versions in my app

"@microsoft/sp-core-library": "1.16.0",
"@pnp/spfx-property-controls": "^3.13.0-beta.4458261",

"@microsoft/sp-core-library": "1.16.0",
"@pnp/spfx-property-controls": "^3.13.0-beta.4458307",

Only 3 tabs are working as expected.
