Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

Implementation of the Adaptive Card Designer control as reusable react control.
I'm creating this new issue as a reference for the implementation of the new control "Adaptive Card Designer Host".
To better implement this control and avoid code duplication, I also had to refactor the "Adaptive Card Host" control.
I'll explain everything in the next PR.
