What's in this Pull Request?
This is a new sample that contains a solution that checks your outlook calendar when a new appointment arrives. If there is already an existing appointment titled "Lunch", it sends a customizable response. It even allows you to specify the domain you receive the email from, meaning you can have different responses internally/externally/by customer.
