Line feed removed when setting FLAG_BIND_REMOVE_SDT to bind method

In my XML, i have text that contains empty paragraphe like that

When a specify the flag FLAG_BIND_REMOVE_SDT to the bind method, the empty ligne between "ligne2" and "ligne4" is removed from the final docx file.

After analyzis, it's linked to the behavior the the class java.util.StringTokenizer used in the class "ValueInsertedPlainTextImpl".
StringTokenizer cannot handle multiple consecutive delimiter.
