Names, as well as page and site titles, can have & and ‘ as well as a few other reserved
characters. Escape them all for safety.

title and name can also have & and ‘ as well as a few other reserved
characters.

I like the idea, but there are legitimate cases for HTML in the title. For one example:

Something
— n. (some·thing)

  • First definition.
  • Second definition.

That looks a lot better in jekyll-bootstrap, by the way. http://groundh0g.github.io/fauxcabulary.org/terms/2015/01/08/consummate/
