This removes the sitemap.txt in favor of using jekyll-sitemap

@plusjade you have an opinion on this one? The plugin is the "github pages way", but (I believe) adds a dependency for localhost builds.

Great job thank you @pathawks . At first, I want to generate sitemap manually by using this format. http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html . Till I see this solution, I think this one is better. This one should be merged.

Bumping to 1.0.0 release. Want to comb thru github-pages-supported plugins, with this as first on that list.
