handle settings and mode profile file versions

In case of updates and changes to the file formats, version numbers should be updated and NetAScore should handle version conflicts by e.g.

• issuing a warning or error message directing the user to file version change
• providing additional information on how to proceed
• migrating files automatically if possible (future)
