Improve error message when target directory exists #79

The error that is reported when the default ~\Plone directory exists is uninformative:

C:\Users\John\Downloads\Plone-5.1.4-UnifiedInstaller>windows_install.bat standalone --password=admin

C:\Users\John\Downloads\Plone-5.1.4-UnifiedInstaller>python helper_scripts\windows_install.py standalone --password=admin
Creating instance home and buildout command.
Running create_instance.py
The system cannot find the path specified.
Failed Windows build with error code: 1; Aborting.
