Better Collapse Top Level Comment

Its very easy to collapse child comments by clicking anywhere to the left of the comment indentation (click-comment-indent-to-toggle feature). But for the parent comment its very difficult as you have to click exactly on the bar shown for indentation. Is it possible to increase the surface area where if clicked the top level comment closes?

Thanks for opening this issue. This is a legitimate problem and I'll look into a implementing a solution very soon.
