gui: Failed to create OpenGL context for format after Remote Desktop

PMS Version: N/A
PMP Version: 2.10.0.849-e02dbeca
Platform (Windows/OSX/Embedded): Windows 17134.48

Steps to reproduce

1. Remote Desktop (builtin windows RD) into the computer from a computer with a different resolution to your main computer
2. Log back into Windows on your main computer (physically) and attempt to run PMP

Current behavior

1. OpenGL error occurs and PMP quits (see log and screenshot)

Expected behavior

1. PMP should open normally

Note that signing out and then signing in again resolves the issue, so it is almost certainly an issue with how Windows changes the display resolution when another computer remotes in.
Note also that I absolutely do have multiple d3dcompiler_4x.dlls on my path (in system32)

I'm nto sure what kind of trickery RD would do there, but that sounds more like RD not closing stuff properly than a real PMP issue.
