UI visual 'issue' in Live TV & DVR recording forms

Platform (Windows/macOS/Embedded RPi/Embedded Intel):
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Monitor: 1440p (2560x1440) monitor set at that native resolution set at 100% scale

In live TV & DVR, browse for show, select one, click record, then open any of the drop-downs.

(The screen same screen at 150% or higher doesn't have the visual issue, nor do either of my 4Ks at any magnification)

Current behavior

(Hopefully I have a screen clip attached)

White background far extends past the drop-down boundaries.

Expected behavior

Display without the white panel, or at least the white panel that is in line with the drop-down boundaries.
