Prevent events from being created if the start date is after the end date

A new event recently started using the volunteer database and accidentally created an event where the start date was set to a date after the end date. This resulted in the admins being unable to add shifts to the schedule since the event technically had no valid dates.

There should be an error message which prevents this from happening.
