Platform IO not installing idf_component.yml

idf_component.yml only seem to be triggered once ever, if you add anything else to it later, nothing new will be installed into managed_components directory anymore.

And there is no manual way to trigger a dependency update.

nvm i figured it out, just delete the dependency lock and it will be resynced.
