ecto BETA release

The first pass at a somewhat capable ecto.

Goals might be:

• sufficient and clean client cell api
• well defined semantics for client ( const vs non const on the inputs)
• lifecycle of a cell fully defined and implemented
• callbacks on parameter changes
• reusable graphs
• solid graph declaration api
