Nostr has npub for a user, nsec for the secret, nnote for the note event, and nprofile for the user's npub + the relays they're using. We should add support for searching for all of those except nsec on the discover tab.

let's add the npub and maybe nprofile to the core data Author model to allow us to search for these quickly
