When muting a user, only text notes are removed

Describe the bug

When muting a user, only the muted users text notes are removed from local caches.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a user to mute whose content you see in your feed. Make sure that you can see some UI indicating a kind other than text note, such as a repost. You will have to follow the user to see this kind.
2. Mute the user.
   While their text notes are now gone, other types such as reposts and zaps will still be visible.

Expected behavior

The user muting another user should not see the muted user's activity in any context in the app. This should include reposts, DMs, zaps, etc.
