For player statistics:

• Afk time
• Afk status
• Bans (currently banned or not , total number of bans )
• Mutes
• Warnings (number of warnings)

General Statistics:

• number of bans issued
• number of mutes issued
• number of warns issued

Afk status may be tricky due to how Plan updates the extension data when player joins or leaves, but I'll check if the plugin has an event that fires when Afk status changes that would make it possible to track.
