don`t work at all on synology nas busybox

if i follow the steps i must copy from /usr/ to /root, while i`m root
and if i want "startup"
[[ -s "$HOME/.rvm/scripts/rvm" ]] && . "$HOME/.rvm/scripts/rvm"

then i got an error:
-ash: /root/.rvm/scripts/initialize: rvm_trace_flag: not found
What the heck kind of shell are you running here???
