Initial open source release of MarkdownX for Bitbucket Data Center.

Enhanced Markdown rendering — Mermaid diagrams, PlantUML, and LaTeX math (KaTeX) — active in file view, file browser, pull request diffs, commits, and compare views.

Installation: download markdown-extra-1.0.0.jar below and upload via Bitbucket Administration → Manage apps → Upload app.
