When Tag-Wrangler modifies the tag name, the tag names inside the canvas will not be changed together

When modifying tag names, it is hoped that the tags inside the canvas can be supported.

Please see the documentation -- Obsidian doesn't index tags that occur in a canvas, and until it does, TW can't really do anything about it.
