Use the new large file support to embed hugo into this repo #9

With the release of LFS, we can embed hugo. We should do so in such a way that supports all architectures. Something like bin/ARCH/hugo. Also need to update the getting started section in the README.md file.

Looks like this is blocked on travis-ci/travis-ci#3634 :(
