Fix a few SonarQube issues

## Bug description

We have several SonarQube issues that I'd like to fix.

I'll do that on top of the branch https://github.com/pitest/pitclipse/tree/task_85-Speed_up_UI_tests where we have lots of tests (including UI tests) so I'm more confident I won't break anything.
