jira-status-change --jql='status=\"awaiting\"' --host=jira --username=some --password=password --protocol=https --version=2 --toStatus='send to'

needs to fill almost all options.

Notes

Some times it falls with CAPTCHAs error. You needs to relogin manually to the site.
