Add support for chained keybinds for example "shift+shift"

I made a little patch to have this in my t3code but it would be nice to have this be an option by default.
This shortcut is used in IntelliJ to bring up the search or command palette or whatever which i really like and i've been using it
in VSCode and Cursor for years now. So yeah these are my shortcuts from Cursor that use this behaviour:
Command Palette: Shift+Shift
Left Sidebar: Ctrl+Ctrl
Right Sidebar: Alt+Alt
