I have two Claude profiles, one for work and one for personal use, and I use one T3 instance for everything I do. When I am switching between work and personal projects, I have to keep choosing the model through the selector, which gets annoying at times. So if the code could remember which provider and which model I last chose for the specific project that I'm working on, it would accelerate my process quite a bit.

Thanks for writing this up! Separate work and personal provider accounts, plus a model choice that sticks to each project, is already being tracked in #6827. Projects can already store a default provider and model; what's missing is a way to set it in Project settings. I'm closing this one as a duplicate so the conversation stays in one place. Please upvote or add your details there.
