The Chunk-Oriented Reuse Strategy:

• Memory hold by the inactive operators can’t be reused
• Have to design a complicated, error-prone resource recycling strategy for each operator.
• The memory used in the current query can not be reused in the next query within the same session.

Describe the feature you'd like:
Support a session level sharded column pool.
