`show bindings` returns session bindings and global bindings

Feature Request

We have three ways to get bindings:

show bindings;
show session bindings;
show global bindings;

For now, show bindings is equivalent to show session bindings, we'd better to make show bindings return both session bindings and global bindings.

I think making show bindings return both types of bindings is not MySQL-like.

Consider the behavior of SHOW [GLOBAL|SESSION] STATUS. If you don't specify either, the default is SESSION. SET also works this way too:

SET autocommit = 0; # session
SET SESSION autocommit = 0; # session
SET GLOBAL autocommit = 0; # global

If this is a required feature, may I suggest using SHOW ALL BINDINGS to avoid this confusion.

IMO, keep show bindings the same with show session bindings is the best way. It matches all the other show [session] xx commands.

show all bindings is a good workaround.
