Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

now only have a metric named checkpoint TSO to show the position drainer synced, but users need to use now - checkpoint TSO to know the latency.

Describe the feature you'd like:

we can add a new metric to show the replication's latency.
