Feature Request

Describe your feature request related problem:

Lightning should support auto-detecting data duplication.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Following #1109, #1110. When data duplication occurs, lightning should report related row that user can use to fix duplicated rows.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy:
