I see for CRISPREessoWGS you need to specify an interval in which the analysis is run on. I'm wondering if CRISPresso can be run on the entire genome (entire WGS data)?

Thanks!

Hi @tanyasarkjain,

Thanks for the question, you currently can't run CRISPRessoWGS on the entire genome. We recommend using VarScan or MuTect to scan the entire genome, and then specifying the identified regions to interrogate further with CRISPRessoWGS.

Thanks,
Cole
