Come up with some new starter projects

We need the following in at least one starter project. It can be adding to an existing starter project or coming up with one or more other starter projects as long as we get each of these apps in at least one released starter project:

• pinax-documents we have documents branch, but it's not released yet
• pinax-waitinglist we have a waitinglist branch, but it's not released yet
• pinax-types
• pinax-notifications
• pinax-invitations
• pinax-images along with perhaps pinax-images-panel react component
• pinax-testimonials
• pinax-likes

Let's either get some suggestions going on where to add these to current starter projects or design some that can incorporate mixes of these apps.

• pinax-types: not sure what we have for this yet.
• pinax-notifications: should be covered by Create starter project branch for pinax-images #27

• pinax-images: should be covered by Create starter project branch for pinax-images #27
• pinax-testimonals: I think we can include this in Create starter project branch for pinax-images #27
• pinax-likes: should be covered by Create starter project branch for pinax-images #27

You don't have pinax-announcements but that could be included in #27 (is it anywhere else?)
