What about newer qgis 3.38.3 portable versions? I´ve tried to build a portable app on Win7x64 with "QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.38.3-1.msi", but the script won´t work. To run .sh I´ve intalled "https://github.com/git-for-windows/git" GIT for Windows.
sorry, perhaps you can build a new portable x64 or a new script? Or which app I´ll need to run .sh on windows?
