Diagnostics shift on Japanese documents

The type checking error range is shifted when the document is in Japanese, as you can see in the image below.

This is because the "position" in SATySFi's error output is in bytes, not in characters. It is possible to "unshift" by checking the encoding of the file, but I don't think it is an appropriate way to handle this problem.
