Is it necessary to dispose the InAppWebViewController?

A TextEditingController should be disposed in the dispose method as stated in the documentation.

  @override
  void dispose() {
    _controller.dispose();
    super.dispose();
  }

It is not disposed in the example:

  @override
  void dispose() {
    super.dispose();
  }

I found some similar issues but no solution (e.g. this issue)

Do I have to dispose the InAppWebViewController in the dispose method?
