Available Data
The free datasets contain 5 years of data and are delayed by 12 months, while the paid datasets are up to date. We load new filings the same day they appear on sec.gov (10-K/Q and 20/40-F). These are then available instantly in the web API and can be delayed by one day for the bulk download, depending on the time the data was loaded and the bulk files created.
The START subscription datasets contain 10 years of data, the BASIC and PRO subscription datasets contain all the data we have available, starting in the year 2000 (for fundamentals the start date depends on availability).
There are separate datasets for banks and insurances as they have their own "template", which results in different columns in the CSV files.
