Provide mechanism for unsetting globals

This is currently done in WebEngine, and will need to be done in any code that uses this library, so provide a mechanism for this library to unset the globals automatically.

This mechanism should use shared content already present in WebEngine's implementation of this - replacing globals with a warning object that informs the developer of the correct way to interact with user input.
